How much does the shipping cost?
We deliver free of charge within Germany. However we do have additional delivery charges for other countries. You can find more information under the shipping and payment terms.
When will my product be delivered?
You can check the delivery status on "My account". We will also notify you on everything via email.
Do I have to register before ordering?
We are an online seller. To place an order it is necessary to register. After registration you have access to your customer account at any time. Your personal data is stored here and you no longer have to enter it again. You will receive a comprehensive overview of your profile, completed orders, orders that have not yet been delivered as well as shipping and payment details. In your Woltu.eu customer account, you can change your name, your email address and your password, save delivery and billing addresses and manage your subscriptions at any time via "My account". To store the data, please click on the "Change" button and fill in the pop-up that opens. When collecting, processing and using your data, we carefully observe all legal provisions (e.g. the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)). You can find more about this in our data protection.
